I Can Feel when My Back is out

I have had a bad back for a long time. There are a lot of people that I know who have a bad back and they just deal with it. I like to do my everyday stretches to help my back feel better. When you stretch out muscles in your back, it helps to align and strengthen the spine. I think that a lot of people don’t have chiropractors so they don’t know this. I like to go and see one when my back is not feeling well. I did not grow up going to one, so when someone told me to go to their doctor, I was a little wary.
